What you’ll learn
Explore cognitive health in the context of aging, overall health, behavior, and environment. Alzheimer’s disease is complex.
Learn about useful starting information and questions that may warrant professional evaluation.
Understand how self-directed education and professional guidance differ before choosing a program.
A proactive perspective
This orientation is for people interested in healthy cognitive aging, including those whose family history has prompted questions about brain health.
Being proactive does not mean assuming disease is inevitable. A baseline does not predict whether you will develop Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, and participation cannot guarantee prevention or cognitive improvement.
