Personalized root cause medicine focused on identifying why symptoms happen — not just managing them.
Rooted in data, guided by clinical insight
Define your baseline with advanced functional testing and diagnostics
Apply targeted, non-invasive therapies guided by your biology.
Establish long lasting health and function.

Focuses on how the body moves and responds to injury. By addressing joints, muscles, and neuromuscular control,
-supporting recovery, stability, and performance alongside functional and regenerative care.

Used when injury, degeneration, or wear exceeds what conventional care alone can address.
-supporting the body’s repair processes while reinforcing tissue durability and longevity alongside physical and functional care.

We evaluate how key systems interact to determine the true source of dysfunction — not just the name of the condition.
Treatment is organized in phases so each system is addressed when the body is ready, supporting stability and lasting change.
Plans are refined over time based on how the body responds, ensuring care stays aligned and purposeful.

We provide integrated, clinician-led care that may include functional medicine, chiropractic, regenerative therapies, functional neurology, advanced diagnostics, peptide therapy, hormone therapy, nutritional therapy, and rehabilitation services.
Our approach emphasizes thorough evaluation, system-level thinking, and coordinated care across multiple modalities. Decisions are guided by clinical findings and response over time - not short visits or on-size-fits-all protocols.
The first step is a comprehensive consultation focused on understanding your history, current concerns, and goals. From there, appropriate evaluations and next steps are discussed before any care is recommended.

Oak Health Institute is a health education and technology platform. We provide a structured roadmap for health mastery and biological literacy; we do not provide medical treatment.
Membership & Lab Access: Your monthly membership fee of $99 provides access to the Oak Health Institute proprietary curriculum, live monthly clinician-led Masterclasses, and automated data visualization via our partner portal. Membership also grants exclusive access to Doctor-Wholesale pricing on all laboratory diagnostics.
The Staged Roadmap: Our Stage 1 "Foundational Core" (including 51+ biomarkers) is included for all active members in their first month of enrollment. Subsequent laboratory "unlocks" (including the Month 3 Nutrient Panel and Month 6 Specialty Access) are dependent upon maintaining an active, good-standing membership. Please note that while the lab test cost is included or discounted, certain third-party draw sites (e.g., Quest Diagnostics) may charge a nominal "blood draw fee" at the time of service, which is not collected by Oak Health Institute.
Not Medical Advice: Oak Health Institute and its representatives provide educational insights and general health information. We do not provide medical diagnoses, clinical prescriptions, or emergency medical services. Our program is an educational supplement and is not a substitute for a one-on-one relationship with a licensed primary care physician. We strongly encourage all members to share their Oak Health Institute lab reports with their personal medical team.
Independent Providers: All laboratory testing is performed by independent, third-party CLIA-certified laboratories and is facilitated through Rupa Health. Physician oversight for all lab orders is provided by an independent network of licensed physicians to ensure clinical safety and compliance with state and federal regulations.
HSA/FSA Eligibility: Many members utilize HSA/FSA funds for Oak Health Institute costs. However, eligibility is determined by your specific plan administrator. We recommend consulting with your plan provider or a tax professional to confirm your specific coverage.
